The People
Behind Kilacha

KALTC is governed and led by a dedicated team committed to the centre's mission of youth empowerment, agricultural excellence, and community development.

Governance

Under the Diocese of Moshi

Kilacha Agriculture and Livestock Training Centre is owned and governed by the Catholic Diocese of Moshi. The Diocese provides the overarching moral framework, institutional support, and strategic vision that guides the centre's direction.

This ecclesiastical ownership is the foundation of KALTC's values. Every decision made by the Board and management team is made in service of the Diocese's mission to uplift youth, strengthen families, and build a just society in the Kilimanjaro region and beyond.

The Board is chaired by the Bishops assistant who is the Vice General of the Catholic Diocese of Moshi
