Diploma · NTA Level 6 · NACTE
Diploma in Agriculture Production (DAP)
A comprehensive two-year diploma covering crop science, soil management, irrigation, agronomy, pest control and farm business management. Graduates pursue roles in agribusiness, government extension services, NGOs and private farm management.
Entry Requirements: A-Level with one principal pass in science subjects (Biology compulsory) plus one subsidiary. O-Level passes in at least two science subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Mathematics or Agriculture (grade D minimum).

Diploma · NTA Level 6 · NACTE
Diploma in Animal Health and Production (DAHP)
An advanced diploma for professional roles in veterinary support, animal health management and livestock production systems. Includes practical field training with KALTC's own livestock herds and poultry operations.
Entry Requirements: Certificate in General Agriculture (NTA Level 5) or Certificate in Animal Health & Production (NTA Level 5), OR A-Level science with at least one principal and one subsidiary. O-Level with at least four passes, two in science subjects.

Certificate in Agriculture Production (CAP)
A one-year certificate providing a strong foundation in crop production, soil health, irrigation and farm management. A stepping stone to the Diploma in Agriculture Production.
Entry Requirements: O-Level with passes in at least two science subjects including Biology (grade D minimum). At least one subject must be Biology.
Duration: 2 Year
Certificate · NTA Level 5 · NACTE
Certificate in Animal Health and Production
Focused certificate covering animal husbandry, veterinary first aid, disease prevention, reproductive management and livestock production. Graduates can proceed to the Diploma or enter the workforce directly.
Entry Requirements: O-Level with at least four passes in non-religious subjects, two of which must be science subjects (grade D minimum). A pass in Biology is compulsory.

NVA Certificate · VETA
National Vocational Award in Animal Husbandry
Practical, hands-on vocational award focused on animal husbandry skills for immediate employment. Covers housing, nutrition, breeding, health and market preparation for cattle, goats, pigs and poultry — with real on-farm training at KALTC.
Entry Requirements: Ordinary Level Secondary Education with passes in at least two science subjects. No A-Level required.
